Senior technical leads with 10+ years of in-domain experience, supported by named subcontractors brought in per engagement.
- Engagements are led by senior technical leads with a minimum of ten years of in-domain experience in the relevant pillar.
- Key personnel CVs are produced under mutual NDA during bid evaluation, scoped per role on the bid.
- Specialist capacity is brought in through named Canadian subcontractors per engagement, scoped on the SOW. Subcontractor identities, qualifications, and clearance status are disclosed on the bid response.
- Single contracting authority remains with ScaleEasy Technologies Inc. for the duration of the engagement. Hand-off and continuity are contracted to the company, not to any individual.
